　大阪府電子調達（電子入札）システムをIE7、Vistaにて利用できるようにするには大規模なプログラム改修が必要となります。
　大阪府では平成21年末にリプレイス（機器入替）を予定しており、そのときにIE7、Vistaにて利用できるようにプログラム改修する計画ですので、IE7、Vistaでの利用は、今しばらくお待ち下さい。
